My browser actually crashed as SAE would not load. I went through 27 minutes of frustration but did manage to order...first successful order for a high demand title . Also, happy as a clam with my entire order:

I was able to get an autographed copy but own a sealed copy as well. I'm not a gouger but need to decide what one to sell to help supplement the 12 titles I purchased. Any idea?

I just called to delete a previous order and the guy I spoke with was VERY unfriendly. Talk about a turnoff. It makes me want to never order from them again.

Looks like the server is down again right now but you should check your order status online. My email is showing correct items though.

I hate the multiple logins you have to do on that site. I had it in my cart since 4:01PM but could not ever get to final checkout.

I hope they get fried on their Facebook Page...I see a few unhappy People already.....They have to do something, I'm no Computer Tech but there must be something they could do? Or don't they CARE?? that's the important question. My guess is as long as they get their money in the end that's all that matters.

Well I guess it's nice to know I wasn't the only one. I had it in my cart, and after 20 total minutes of loading, I made it to the screen to pay. I hit the PayPal button and got an error notification. I tried to reload, and for whatever reason it logged me out and cleared my cart.

I have since tried to just order Leave Her To Heaven twice and have experienced the same thing. SAE really needs to get these issues fixed.

Honestly email is probably the best way to contact them. They seem courteous to me through email, at least in my two instances of having to contact them they handled the situation smoothly. I'm sure if they are swamped on a "promo day" like this, phone calls is not what they want to receive.

Bingo. This isn't the first time this has happened and it certainly won't be the last.

They even put up a gif of two cute dogs running on a treadmill, because that's what people want to see when they've wasted an hour of their lives trying to fork over 150 dollars.

to those of you whining how their server or how Screen Archives done you wrong - you do realize that any time anything is for sale online that is in high demand, the exact same thing happens. if you got hung up, it just means that you were not one of the lucky ones. time to move on.

Kind of wanted the Signed Fright Night.But I already own a copy of the movie,and this would be nice,but not really something I need.

Had it in my cart,but disappeared during final check out.I was out and using a slow wifi connection.could have stayed home and got through sooner.

yeah the site is so slow when they have these promos.

If You don't like justified complaints...don't read them. I ordered the New issue of Fright Night and J.T.T.C.O.T.E with First Men in the Moon, which are popular titles and there was no Site problems, so to say it happens all the time is not true.

This is my first time even TRYING for one of the freebies. I knew it would probably be hectic, so had several windows open to the same pages and refreshed them at different times. Seemed to do the trick as one would not load at all, the next may take a few mins but would load. Pretty happy to have picked one up on the first attempt at doing these. Something I will be stoked to have in my collection (though my wife isn't too happy with my $400 total blu ray purchases this week)
