Great...my Apr 1st order is hung up at a post office with an Alert because of a possible wrong address or zip code. The adress is right in my order so what the heck could have happened SAE type it in wrong?? It's at a post office across town.....I sent an email detaling everything to TT. I hope they will take care of this...seeing how one of the films is Bell, Book and Candle and cant be replaced.

Hi.
Can anyone help me out with picking up some of the OOP titles? I'm interested in The Blob, Fright Night and Night Of The Living Dead. I know I won't get them at cost but being from Ireland my only option is eBay as they are not as easy to locate over here and those prices are crazy. Anybody (maybe some U.S. members who'd have a better chance of sourcing them locally) able to push me in the direction where I might be able to pick them up cheaper? ![]() Thanks ![]() P.S. I'm probably better known over on the other forum Highdefninja (using the same name) |

I did send an email to SAE.
When you go to tracking this is what it says: Expected Delivery Day: Thursday, April 16, 2015 Your item was forwarded to a different address at 9:05 am on April 16, 2015 in LEWISVILLE, TX. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect. So why was it delivered to a different address? When you look at my order it shows my correct address. Fowarding instructions? I never put in any forwarding instructions....and the zip code could have only been SAE's mistake when filing the order becuse its the right adress in my account. For me thats about a 30 Mile drive.......and it might not even be at the post office since it says it was deliverd to a different address. If it went to someones house you can bet it will never been seen again. ![]() if there was something wrong with the address why would they just deliver it somewhere? Makes no sense....I would hope that it would go back to the sender. Last edited by Angel Eyes; 04-16-2015 at 09:30 PM. |

The quickest method may be to call them on the phone or better yet, as solovoyager mentioned, would be to call the local USPS office or the 1-800 number. If they can locate your package they should be able to deliver it or hold it for pickup before it possibly gets sent back.

Was the package at you local post office or local city before it was in Lewisville, TX? |

It's possible something like a couple of the numbers (zip code) were transposed and they fixed that. Or the label got ripped or became illegible.

You need not respond to my post, as I know it can be difficult to respond to every person's suggestions..... but my 2 cents is that you need to call the post office where it got held up or diverted to and tell them what has happened. If they delivered it to someplace else (even if the address label said they were to do just that), then perhaps they can retrieve it for you.
UPS (a different animal I know) last week delivered a package of mine to the wrong address, I called UPS, they had the specific driver call me back and told me that he would the next day (as he was already 40 miles away from my house at the end of a work day) go back and get it for me which he did. He was deeply apologetic and said he honestly didn't know how he managed to do that. (I was simply glad it wasn't stolen off my porch and was impressed the driver had sufficient recall to remember where he'd delivered it to). |

Read what I've quoted below, as that's not what your post said:
TT can't help you with your shipping problem. SAE can. |

I'm the opposite....my pre-order placed 3/25 is still pending but my regular orders have all been shipped. They must be doing at random
