Well I didn't mean a delay. I just know that they won't ship until everything in the order is present, so perhaps Mississippi just isn't present yet.

Great cover for "Mississippi Mermaid". Day 1 purchase for me. Belmondo is my favorite Europaen actor.

He´s as big/popular in Europe as Clint Eastwood in the USA.

SAE doesn't automatically restrict the copies thus one person could actually check out with all the copies. SAE manually checks to ensure the limit is enforced.

Could that be why the count went down so quickly or does SAE catch it before it goes through?

It should be relatively easy to implement an automatic check. I can just imagine how much time is used to do these type of checks. But some forum members have been successful at checking out with all remaining copies prior to the implementation of the 50 copy limit to discourage the cart game. I'm guessing SAE got tired of manually having to cancel those orders.

They catch it afterwards but these signed editions are pretty popular and most seem to go pretty quickly since there are only 100 copies available.

yep.. Belmondo lookin' ripped on that cover. definitely in on this.. with the UK Truffaut releases and Day For Night coming from Criterion, there are only a handful of Truffaut titles not on Blu-ray. pretty awesome!

What with the Frank Sinatra Collection, the Spielberg titles, Goodfellas, and last month's TT signed promo order, I'm trying to hold off on buying anything else for a little while. That signed promo is making it awfully difficult!
