SAE is absolutely giving cadillac service, my last order was shipped within 24 hours and according to tracking (international to Canada) I should have it within a week

Cinram/TT has been a disappointment with their handling of orders...negative first impressions are tough to overcome.

It is hard to believe that someone could make SA seem like they're efficient...which is tough to do on any level....

It has been a while since I ordered with them. But for a while I was getting new release titles the Saturday before the Tuesday street date.

I've ordered 2 separate orders of Clear Cases and the turn around was pretty quick.

I think SAE is stepping up this time because they probably have less pre-orders than they did before Cinram.

I received my copy of The Fabulous Baker Boys today. A full day early before release, which has never happened. I'm in Southern California and usually it takes upwards of a week after the release date for me to get TT movies. A pleasant surprise none-the-less.....

Just got my shipping notice from TT/Cinram (Baker Boys, Henry Orient and one more)... it's actually been on the move since Monday, so I should have it by Wednesday.

As did I, and it sounds like there were some inevitable growing pains with the new site which should now be fixed for next month's releases.

Very interesting on TT's website under GOING FAST. The Mechanic, The Firm, Two Rode Together and Wayward Bus along with Used Cars. I know Used Cars has been mentioned as lower than 400 but these other titles are surprising. I wonder what Going Fast really means on TT's website?

Hi Dirk -- this applies only to the available stock on hand at the new site -- not to what SAE still may have left --

Received my order from SAE today.

There was a slip of paper for $5 off shipping on next Twighlight Time order with a minimum purchase of $50. Valid only on July 29.

I ordered some older releases last Thursday from SAE and there's been no movement. Same as if ever was.

Received my July titles today, and I must say that I'm liking there's now inside artwork as well. I see TT is making excellent use of their clear cases. I also got my shipment of clear cases in to replace most of my titles.
