I'm in for the two Ashby's (The Last Detail is great, Bound For Glory not so much but I'll give it another chance).

The obscure giallo is really a surprise, though!!!!:

LA BAMBOLA DI SATANA (1969) BLU-RAY - February 9th

Will buy this without a question. Where the heck did TT get this one from?

You're not the only one. At first glance, none of them appeal to me with the exception of The Big Heat. I'll need to check out some reviews and trailers about the other titles but I doubt that will change my mind when considering the price. And that's okay with me, leaves me with more budget for other boutique labels.

Almost all of these "average" people are usually all too happy to watch whatever is streaming in the cheapest service they can get and do not have the taste or inclination to seek out fascinating movies from decades past which might help them expand their minds, so it's their loss. They can go back to their "I'll watch whatever they want to show me for $7.99 a month " steady diet of undistinguished programming for the digital-happy masses.

Same here, 80s&90s all over it, 70s&00s get interest as well. This stuff, easy pass.

Nice little line up in my mind. "Hawaii" and "The Hawaiians" are a certainty, with the two "Support Your..." a maybe. Still hoping we get more HARRYHAUSEN sooner rather than too much later! Would also love to see "The Trouble With Angels," "The Long Ships" and "The Vikings" in 2016.

Better question is WHY? Obscure for a reason Italian throwback plays like it was made in the 50's, very tame and sloooow. Beautiful colors and atmosphere but this will put you to sleep no matter what time of day you watch it. No English track was ever produced for it either. X-Rated released it on BD in Germany last year, til then it was fairly obscure.

Would love to see The Vikings. The Long Ships, not so much.

I'm really happy that Where the Sidewalk Ends is being released on my birthday. I'm looking forward to upgrading another one of my Fox Film Noir DVDs.

I knew TT had Bound for Glory, but The Last Detail is an unexpected surprise (and hearing that Criterion has Ashby's Shampoo is also great news)! I do like James Garner and his slight-but-enjoyable Western comedies, but I'll wait for a possible sale in 2016 (I still have many TT titles on my wish list--here's hoping the Canadian dollar keeps rising amid rising oil prices and a new prime minister on Oct. 19 ).

Nothing for me for the Jan/Feb releases. But this is what I love about the boutique publishers.....Their choices are very eclectic and will appeal to different people. Keep any and every movie coming.....whether I like them or not. Just make sure we get the remaining Harryhausens before I lose my mind

Noticed that TT has been releasing more films that are out of print on DVD and even some that are only on vhs. The Happy Ending is only on vhs as is Fatherland. DVD Films like Hawaii and 1984 cost as much as a TT title because they're out of print. I wonder if they're going to do more of this?

Just so people don't get carried away, this is coming from a recent podcast with Criterion CEO. I listened and he said he wanted Shampoo and enjoyed the film, but did not confirm the release. I'm still of the opinion that it'll come out, but there are always other issues especially since it is a WB title. They have a deal in place, but it is yet to be seen how many we see from it.

Really looking forward to "Bound for Glory". The MGM DVD was non-anamorphic so I'm expecting a big upgrade in picture quality.
