Just watched Judgment at Nuremberg today for the first time in my life. Powerful. Complex. Moving. PQ is poor for the title sequence, but after that, as has been said, it's quite good. And the thought-provoking essay by Kirgo really adds to the appreciation of the many talents involved.

On sale for a few more days at $20+ shipping, but well worth it even at full price.

What TT uses is Viva Elite, not Vortex Eco. So the dimension should be slightly different, though.

What I have been doing is to order several empty cases from TT when I order some Blu-rays from them. This way, you could save some on shipping.

How many are you wanting to buy..more than 20? I'm not sure how much you are expecting to pay for shipping, but that's not all that bad a shipping cost.

It is another web page forum called The Home Theatre Forum. There is a section just for Blu ray. Twilight Time announces on that page first, usually early in the morning.

Ironically, I watched THE FLIGHT OF THE PHOENIX on dvd a few days ago. It's been so long since I last watched it, I thought it was in black and white.
If it's released on Blu-ray, I hope it includes some good commentary---unfortunately, most of the cast is no longer alive.

I know these don't street until Tuesday but I find it a bit odd that I haven't gotten a shipping notification for Mysterious Island or 1984. Also oddly, my pending charge for the Code Red bundle has completely disappeared from my bank statement. I thought I would've at least gotten the CR order shipped since the BDs were in stock according to TT but the fact that the charge is no longer on my account troubles me. Oh, well, these will turn up eventually (I hope

So I guess there won't be any upcoming bd announcements today. I'm excited all the same to get Mysterious Island later this week! If you only order one bd from SAE do they tend to ship those out quicker?

I am not exactly certain what their system is. I have only pre-ordered a single item once before ("John Carpenter's Vampires"), but for what it's worth I did get that one rather quickly in relation to the street date. I have also pre-ordered "Mysterious Island"; however, I have bundled it in with 11 of the sale items, so I'm basically in no big hurry on this order. I'll get it when I get it.
