Disney Ratatouille 3D Blu-ray (2007) [Region B Locked]

Moderator note: all 3D editions of Ratatouille are locked to Region B, even the Indian release, which is unfortunately erroneously labelled as region free.

This just in - Ratatouille [Blu-ray 3D] coming July 16, 2014 according to amazon.fr:
http://www.amazon.fr/Ratatouille-Blu.../dp/B00JGS7BU4

update - here is a link to the UK release too - set for July 21st:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ratatouille-.../dp/B00KFDR1GS

That's great news. I love that movie. That kitchen should make for some tasty 3D!

Hey, now's your chance to actually SEE the movie!

Seriously, though...French Disney fans are obsessed with Ratatouille. It's understandable, but kinda scary.
(And they liked Hunchback and Aristocats for being set in Paris, too, go figure.)

No, the first Pixar movie to be originally released in 3D was Toy Story 3. Then they re-released TS 1+2, Nemo, and Monsters Inc.

is so refreshing to see a another animated Film get a 3D re-release and unlike those live action movies like I robot or Clash of the titan's that were horribly converted.

If France gets a 3d release, I assume the US will soon too.

But in case we don't, I checked the other French Pixar 3D releases. Amazon.fr lists them as Toutes les régions, which loosely translates to Region Free.

Default Disney•Pixar Ratatouille 3D

FYI:
Amazon.co.uk lists Disney•Pixar Ratatouille Blu-ray 3D as (Region Free).

Released on July 21, 2014 for the United Kingdom.

No known release in the U.S.A. to date as is still the case with Frozen 3D.

This is great news, but there is already a thread about this dating back to when it popped up at amazon.fr.
