And honestly, he scored you about the same as I would. Having a ton of Criterions does not make an elite collection in my opinion. There's not as much as diversity. So, it's a nice collection for what it is. But not my cup of tea. 6.5/10

You guys were both trolling my collection because I provided stats, you made that crystal clear in your PMs. I'd bet my last dollar that I would have passed entirely under the troll radar if I hadn't said "Criterion". The polite choice is to not rate collections that you don't like; this is why I have always chosen not to rate your utterly terrible collection.

This is a special collection. Words like "Definitive" and "Exhaustive" are appropriate; it takes at least 30 minutes to really look at it. What is most remarkable is that you have managed to pile up almost 1800 titles without resorting to loading up on a ton of crap. You have all the mainstream titles, the classics, esoteric and foreign titles are abundant... seems like nothing is lacking.

A numeric score almost seems meaningless for this type of collection, rather it's in the special-recognition category. 10+/10 is not an adequate accolade, it would be more appropriate to Rank this collection, it is among the best around here.

Yours is a nice start, and well on the way to a fine medium collection. We have different tastes, but your quality filter seems pretty good for your style.

I like to rate collections proportional to size. Yours is in what I call the "Modest" size category, (120-270 titles), it is one of the better collections I have seen in that group. It's not reasonable to judge a "Small" or "Modest" collection by what it does not have, it is only fair to judge them by what they do have. A person with less than 300 BDs can not be expected to have every type, every genre, or exhaustive backlisting. You have a proportionally large number of good titles. I give it a 9/10 in the Modest size category, 8/10 overall.
