Although, according to my stats: 18.8% of my collection is Horror; not too dissimilar to your 18.1% Action.

A good start, and even though you have a few titles that I wouldn't personally purchase, you do have some very nice releases in there.

Almost all my releases are blind buys as I stopped going out for movies and I hate renting as you end up shelling out a lot of money over the course of a few years but won't own anything. So I do end up with a few sour grapes from time to time..

You certainly don't like old films it seems. The Aliens movies are your only sort-of-old films. Are you only interested in recent films? And no blu-rays from India?

I prefer newer movies though I like old classics like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc. I thought of getting some noir flicks when playing L.A Noire but ended up watching L.A Confidential instead . I have four or five movies from India, like prince of persia for example.. But no, I don't really watch Indian movies.

Edit: Also, I bought Alien only because of the egg.. I would have waited for the price to drop on the regular edition on Amazon. But I walked in my local store and found 9-10 copies of the egg editions on the shelf and 2 on the main counter! Apparently people were finding it too expensive.. I quickly grabbed it for around 150$ (converted from rupees)

You have a lot of titles I wouldn't buy.. But you still have a lot of variety. Glad to see you bought the single disc edition of 2012. All that talk about 2012 will be pretty pointless 2 years from now.
