8.5/10 Many great films, but too many ridiculous collector's sets, ugly steelbooks (I like some SBs, but many I do not), and some lesser titles.

I think it's about the collection, whatever that means to the particular judge. I actually don't mean it harshly, I just dislike those extraneous collector's sets. Additionally, I like many steelbooks, but find many to have unflattering cover art. People, and I'm not inferring you here, seem to flock to anything steelbook and think they are so attractive even when they have crap cover images, but hey, they probably do love them.

So anyway, I judged your collection, not just the films. You have many good films by the way.

I see your point but it’s not a logical one it doesn’t make sense judging someone’s collection based on what the outer packing looks like it’s just not practical and kind of unfair. What you said can easily be said the other way around where one can dis miss someone’s collection just because it doesn’t contain enough steelbooks or big box sets but maybe that person can’t afford to buy steelbooks or simply doesn’t care for them but that shouldn’t matter it should be films inside that should. IMHO

7/10. We have differing tastes that's for sure. You should look into more classic and foreign titles as well as build on your horror collection. However, you do have plenty of quality titles... just need more variety!
