I think you have one amazing collection and based on your purchases, I think I will be adding City of Life and Death to my collection. 10/10

Very nice collection. I like that you have lesser known greats like The Fall and Amelie as well as big summer movies like Iron Man and District 9 (even though I personally did not like that film). You also have plenty of classics like Braveheart and Godfather.

I would give it 9.5/10 great collection, but there is always room for more

I'd probably keep for myself at least 70% of the titles. I'd give you 8/10.
Merci Beaucoup! When I compare people's dvd collections versus blu-ray collections, I feel like everybody has the same movies when it comes to the blu-ray collections more so than with the dvd collections....

HD GOOFNUT,
You have a massive blu-ray collection and I see that you have all the good films. I like your few imports that you have (Sophie Scholl and Carptenter's The Fog on UK blu, very nice! ). I love all the foreign flicks you have in your collection. I would lose some of the romantic and/or comedy type films on blu. I still don't understand the need for those on blu unless it had Catherine Hendricks or Jessica Alba in it (I guess Mean Girls is acceptable on blu since there's enough eye candy in there)...
It would have been a 10 out of 10, but since you got 10 things I hate about you, 50 First Dates, the Bucket List, Click, Dan In real life, Dumb and Dumber, Ghost Town, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, the Invention of Lying, Last Chance Harvey, Mrs. Doubtfire, Run Fatboy Run, What Happens In Vegas, I'm gonna have to give you a:
9 out of 10 points

I appreciate the kind words. I went back and highlighted the titles that are not technically mine as they are ones my wife wanted. The rest, however, I bought because I really enjoyed them.

I wonder if people actually look through other peoples movies or do they just see a two or three hundred size collection and automatically rate it a 10

Goofnut gets a 10

5/10. I have to give you half a score because you sold half of your BD collection last year. SMH

Nothing wrong with purging some of your collection from time to time, especially if they are titles you don't watch!

10/10! I wish they would release the first seasons of Nip Tuck on BD, I have always wanted to check that show out more, I never watched much of it on TV.

adrock41,

That is probably one of the best over 300 collections I've ever seen. Really solid, not too much crap.

Travis,

Very nice mixture of Concerts/documentaries and movies etc. Pretty jealous of your collection.

10/10.

I know my collection is tiny compared to most here, but I've only been buying for about a month now... so go easy on me haha.

Jayvo,

Some nice horror flicks. The scariest is Monster's Ball,
[Show spoiler]shot of Billy Bob's berries bouncing
Don't see that one in many collections.

9/10

Very well rounded collection jayvo. There are some I wouldn't buy, but every collection is bound to have some lone/hates (i know mine does). Nevertheless, I would still end up keeping at least 80 precent of those blus.

DREAMSCAR,
I thought I was looking at my collection in a mirror. Since yours is similar to mine, I'm gonna have to give you a:
10 out of 10!

Some like Year One, 27 Dresses, and Did You Hear About the Morgans? were really bad, IMO. Blind buys? I cannot imagine anyone picking them up on Blu-ray after renting them or seeing them in the theater. I can understand High School Musical, some younger people love them. Were they for your kids?

Still you only have a few that I would sell or trade. In general, you have some great gems and a few that I would give repeat viewings if I had. A great collection.

9/10

edit: Ha! While I was looking over your collection 3 post were addded to the thread. Just too big.
lol, I'm married, so I have to cater to her whims too

thank you! You have a great collection as well! You are lucky that you have access to more UK blu than USA blu. I think I prefer the selection of UK blu-rays more than the USA ones. I'm happy that Amazon UK sells their blu-rays cheap and with cheap shipping. But I would rather be living where you are to collect blu-rays! I see that you have mainly focused your blu-ray purchases to action movies which do make sense since blu-ray is best showcased with action flicks, but I recommend getting some older titles or some more foreign flicks in there. I was going to give you a A-, but just because you have that UK blu of DEATH PROOF with the amazing butt shot cover and that Terminator 2 bust blu-ray, I have no choice but to give you a solid A.
