$9.99 is a steal for one of the greatest movies ever made. Glad I got it at that price.

Never been a fan of those Limited Collector's Edition Box Sets, it takes up too much room. After all, it's the print of the film that matters to me. So to be able to get this classic epic at a very low price is a "no questions asked" deal.

Sadly, the deal didn't last long, it's back up to $16.94 on Amazon.

Best Buy still has it listed at $9.99

Thanks. I missed it in their Sunday ad because I only looked at the few thumbs and didn't want any. I totally missed the text, my bad.

I look at this deals section all the time. None of the ones on this sale were listed because their pricing doesn't assume you'll buy two. But perhaps you meant a different deals section?

I look at this deals section all the time. None of the ones on this sale were listed because their pricing doesn't assume you'll buy two. But perhaps you meant a different deals section?

That link you posted is to the Deals tab at the top...I said scroll DOWN...as in to the "Hot Deals" section.

Wha!? First, and I doubt it matters, some geography : I view posts different than most. I have it set so that your last post was at the top of Page 1 (older posts are below, the first post here is on page 39). But that can't matter.

At the top of the page is the "Best Blu-ray Deals" string (top deals & Price Drops), nothing about "Hot Deals" - and there's nothing at the bottom of the page. The page I linked to has : Best Deals, Newest Deals, Lowest Prices & Deals by Day - no "Hot Deals". None of them list Best Buy's Ad Deals, and besides, BRDC doesn't do well tracking BB prices. So, although I know I've heard that phrase before, I can't seem to get there from here.

About the only time a stroll into BB, is on release Tuesdays for their exclusives. Everything else, I get off Amazon.

I really prefer seeing the most recent posts at the top, it's much cleaner that way, no clusterf*ck, but ... to each his own. Thanks for the link, much clearer than "scroll DOWN". I've seen that thread list before but I forgot about it. Although I prefer just following the Blu-ray Deals page I posted the link to, I saved a shortcut in my BRDC folder and will check the Hot Deals thread in future - before asking dumb questions (well, at least not about deals).

Yeah, I was talking about "most recent on top" within threads. The link I sent you is actually where I enter BRDC - except for threads, which I'm notified about by email and so I go to posts by linking directly to the thread. But your first page is interesting. I go there when I want to check on the latest reviews, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how you got new posts on top. I've found no way to control the order of those sections - on mine, reviews are on top and posts are way down and Hot Deals is at the bottom.

Click "site preferences" underneath your PMs at the top right, then under "Front Page" you can adjust the order however you like.

Yeah, if the computer shows less than 2 or 3 (depending on location), it won't show available for store pickup. I checked, they searched (my local) ... no dice. I'll keep an eye open all week, just in case. Hey, thanks for the heads-up!
