I thought most Dolby DCPs were 4K anyway as they're uprezzed if not native 4K, just like what IMAX does with theirs?

What's 4K native got a Dolby Cinema 4K DCP so far, in the plus four years Dolby Cinema came to my country (first worldwide) and tracking the bigger movies since then.

There are still a lot of 2K Dolby Cinema DCPs being used though. No such fake upres things like IMAX does and likes.

The UHD for 'Doctor Sleep' should look fantastic.

'The Haunting of Hill House' has a subdued HDR approach, with some interesting color and lighting choices, but Mike Flanagan definitely knows how to put that Arri 65's sharpness to good use.

@Geoff D: Also the Dolby Cinema DCP is in 2K. Dolby's reliability record keeps extending.

Well . . . looks like a lot of the titles added in the last month are pre-sale. With the annual Black Friday coming up in a few weeks, maybe we will see these titles heavily discounted. (Although I did jump on the new Ad Astra presale price of 46% OFF)

Weird, the standard DCP for Terminator: Dark Fate here in mainland China is in 4K.

Around the world all DCPs are 2K including Japan. The 2K DCP file is 200+ GB in size. Yours is "only" 172 GB for a 4K screening.

Well, then I wonder why they bother to make a fake 4K DCP... Though the version shown here in mainland China is a different one: without blood, nudity or swearing, looks like some PG-13 version made exclusive for mainland China censorship.

For the file size, I remembered 120-minute movies with 4K DCP for mainland China are all about this size... The recent two I can find exact information: the mainland China DCP for Gemini Man (4K/2D/24fps DCP) is 162.66 GB and The Legend of 1900 (4K DCP, 125-minute version) is 164.61 GB.
