My top three are chosen based on how much much better the 4k version compared to an upscaled 1080p Blu ray (many look great with the right player/TV)

1. Blade Runner (lightyears ahead of the problematic early BD release)
2. PE 2 (for the full on 4k footage)
3. Zero Dark Thirty (demo worthy although it's not a title you'd expect)

Sully (Alexa 65, true 4K finish, so sharp you could cut yourself on it)
The Shallows (2K upscale but my word, the HDR is terrific)

Some have bad/noisy spindle motors. If you're willing to exchange until you get a good one or add an extended warranty... it's an okay player.

The Sony X800 is better and was on sale for $50 more, but it will not be receiving a Dolby Vision update. You would have to wait for Sony's 2018 models.

The Oppo 203 is the best overall, but you have to pay for the privilege.

Okay, that's what I figured. I just really was looking for something to get the job done for now until I can upgrade to a better/newer model later on. Thanks!
