Apparently Apocalypto has gone from region free to region coding on its most recent pressing.

Can anyone comment on this?

If you are taking about the info on my blu-ray list (the note on it). Then I'll have to say the reasoning and new pressing is just guessing.

The disc was originally reported as region free. Then late 2007 I got several e-mails saying it is region locked. When I changed it to region locked, I still got few e-mails saying that is was region free.

Both the e-mails saying it's region free and the ones saying it's region locked came from people who I trust and have provided reliable info in the past. So I gathered from that there has been a region locked pressing/version of the sometime during its run.

does anybody know if "all the boys love mandy lane" and "p2" region free? "mandy lane" is an optimum release and "p2" is a tartan release.

Tartan's UK release of I'm a Cyborg (but that's OK) is region free according to DVD Times.

my disk is region free, playing on european PS3 without any problems..

All Rambo I, II and III [US} are region free. Also Cloverfield [US] is region free.

Fox uses region coding more than any other studio. I don't think they've ever released a day and date title region free on BD.
