I recently bought the Weeds season 4 blu-ray from Amazon.com. I live in Australia and have become a huge fan of the show after buying the previous seasons on blu-ray through Amazon. I could have downloaded the episodes off the internet hours after they are shown in the USA if I wanted to, but I really enjoy watching the show in the best possible format. I like to think that by buying the blu-rays I'm helping support the creators and companies that produce amazing shows such as weeds and therefore very, very slightly helping future seasons and new clever shows get made.

I have emailed amazon.com and hopefully they will let me send back season 4 and refund my money. I will continue to wait for the Weeds season 4 blu-ray to be released in Australia (or a region free version from another country) before watching it (I know that you probably aren't involved in overseas releases). It's fantastic being able to watch shows like Weeds and Mad Men in high-definition and I refuse to take the easy route by illegally downloading episodes off the internet. It is upsetting that season 4 of this fantastic show is region locked but on the plus side if it wasn't for weeds seasons 1-3 being region free, I probably would have never have discovered this show. It was great while it lasted!

Trying to find a definitve list of all ABC Blu-ray movies (preferrably ones not available in the USA). I did try a search, but I couldn't find a definitive list, just sporadic posts.
Any help is much appreciated.

I use this site to check what titles are region free. I have been checking every day recently to see if The Office Season 5 is region free. It was released 8th September.

Not one new title has been added since that date so I am wondering has the website stopped functioning? Anyone else notice this?

ps - still doesnt say on the website whether of not The Office is region free

Yep, I agree, however, as it has not yet been televised (season 5) over here, I thought that would be reason for it to be locked. Just waiting for confirmation before I buy

I PM'd 'load' this morning, but no reply yet. I asked 'load' about The Office and how he/she tested it (it was he/she who submitted the region coding info on the site review)

Looking at his profile he/she has never posted!

i GOT MINE today(Office BD) and threw it in the region B player and it plays without issue. Hope this is a bit more reassurance
