Every movie deserves the green light to be put on Blu-ray. If one person doesn't like it, there are still other people who love the movie.
agree, but can't see what it has to do with the thread. The question was "what do you regret buying" not "what should have never been made".

"End of Days". Never saw it in theaters, got it in the Action 3-pack from Futureshop.ca. Watched it a couple weeks ago, what a horrible movie. But it came with "U-571" and "Miami Vice" and I got the pack for $25 on a pricing error, so I can't complain too much.

Terminator 1 (same story as Short Circuit)
Both Underworld movies
We Own the Night

I guess the main reason for the remorse is that I know I'll never watch any of these movies ever again. But they were all 'ok' the first time around. Except for Ghost Rider.

Again this is just my opinion. I'd ditch some more in my collection but the woman probably wouldn't like that too much

How are Terminator and Short Circuit the same story lol

Prom Night and Crank. Just two terrible terrible movies. Prom Night was worse than Crank though for entertainment value... That movie made me want to tell everyone involved in that movie how much I hated it and thought it was a waste of 90 minutes of my life. Very rare for me to feel that way...

I have yet to regret a purchase I've made and I'd consider myself a fairly discerning viewer.

I try to only buy really good movies with great transfer to blu ray but ocassionally when there were great deals I blind buy and most of the time the result were never good.

Hairspray - god, I hate this movie
Waterhorse - pretty boring
50 First Dates - not a fan of Adam Sandler and Drew Berrymore, somewhat disappoint transfer to blu ray
House of Furry - really bad acting, somewhat disappoint transfer to blu ray
The Mummy -great movie, disappointing transfer to blu, blury mess
The Mummy Returns - great movie, disappointing transfer to blu, blury mess
Enter the Dragon - great classic, transfer to blu was disappointing
The Road Warrior - great classic, transfer to blu was disappointing

I second that, I don't think I could give away my copy. The third movie should have the Aliens and Predators descend upon the head offices of 20th Century Fox and slaughter the idiots that green lighted this crap.

A big problem with the audio on JT is that the center channel is FAR too low. You have to bump it up to about +3.5 ahead of L and R on my Marantz before it starts to sound right.

Terminator and short circuit are basically the same story when you think it through. But,... I wouldn't regret either of those. (I bought Short Circuit uber cheap and will pick up Terminator on the cheap when I can.)

I bought Redbelt, and watched it once. Sold it.

Shame too, cause I like some Mamet movies (Spartan, State and Main, Heist, Glengary Glen Ross, he wrote that one).

Just didn't interest me that much.

Shine a Light.
Bad sound,
the worst performance of Rollings I ever heard,
and I think a bad film also.

If you thought the movie was shitty when you saw it in the theatre, why did you think it was going to be any better on Blu?
