Super Skrull is owned by Fox. However, it is possible that Fox and Marvel made a deal to have Khn'nr as the main villain in the Captain Marvel movie. Or, maybe Marvel always had the film rights to Khn'nr. It's only Kl'rt that Marvel can't use for obvious reasons.

I never read the Skrull Invasion.
I thought it was just more of a "oh shit, Spider-Woman is the Skrull!" story w/out Super-Skrull as some main threat.

I haven't completely read Secret Invasion either. And the parts I read I don't even remember. I have a Deadpool comic that ties into Secret Invasion, though. But that's about it.

I don't know if Marvel will be doing "Secret Invasion" as Avengers 4 but it would actually be stupid Imo. What they need to do is get Thanos out of the way and seed in the Skrulls for Avengers 5 through solo movies and the New Avengers who face them.

She originates from the 70's Feminism movement and gradually lost that "badge" over the years. And now I think she has a female writer w/ overt-feminist stylings if im not mistaken.

That's the thing about being first - you get away with a lot more. I hope she gets the same treatment as WW does but the general audience will be ignorant about it and compare her journey to WWs.

Yes, but having another powerhouse type like Thanos isn't going to be as interesting as seeing Skrulls play a part where mistrust becomes a breeding ground amongst all the heroes and we can tie into a more psychological version of events as well as pit "Hero vs Hero" so to speak.

I'd personally like them to make Pepper Potts a skrull and have that take place during the "Break" that her and Tony took in Civil War. Hulk also being replaced by a skrull could work if they don't quite explain how he ends up where he does in Ragnarok after Ultron.

Captain Marvel being a skrull and assuming the Captain Marvel mantle before she's going to reveal that more will be coming to Nick Fury, something happens causing her to disappear all during the time Avengers etc. took place.

I think it presents so many great opportunities. If Fox ever played well, an Avengers vs X Men would have been amazing. No chance with the current X Men crop.

If the film rights to X-Men does go back to Marvel, then an Avengers vs. X-Men film would probably be Marvel Studios' version of The Dark Phoenix Saga.

Avengers 4 might still follow the Infinity Gauntlet storyline to some extend, but that doesn't mean it will have the same title as the comic book it's loosely based on, though.
