I have to admit, I am surprised to say I felt kind of the same. The movie looks great, but the trailer didn't quite live up to my expectations. Maybe they were too high.

It didnt feel as impressive as the Comic Con footage that I've heard described a thousand times, and watched the fuzzy leaked version online ( and again just now)

Good trailer, but not quite as epic as I expected. Seems they are holding back somewhat, so to not reveal too much. I'm sure the next trailer will be bigger and better. Glad they actually showed Thanos and Spidey, but I guess saving the Guardians until the end was meant to be a big surprise?

Why would they give us everything? For people for then to say "the best bits were in the trailer...."

For Middle America that doesnt chase down every single blog, tweet, rumor, or reddit thread about CBMs, this was fresh for them.

The trailer was good. What more do you want? People always complain about trailers giving everything away or showing too much but then you complain that the trailer isn’t epic enough? Make up your mind People.

Personally, I liked it, but I was way more hyped/excited for the Last Jedi trailer and felt that one was way more epic. That’s just me though. Not to take away from this though. I thought it was a good trailer and I’m still really excited about this one. And besides, let’s not act like this movie isn’t going to get like 20 more trailers and tv spots as we get closer.

Alot of the GA don't even know the Guardians are in the same universe as the Avengers. They are one of the big draws here.

Not a great teaser, but I don't mind. It's the movie that matters. And I'd rather they not give anything away. It sure doesn't look good for Vision, but the dude has an infinity stone in his head, so he was always a marked man heading into this movie.

I never said they should have given us everything, just wish there was something more. I'm not even saying that what we got wasn't enough. I'm just saying, it didn't feel as epic as I expected. It may come down to the editing... not sure. All I know is that it didn't give me that OMG feeling I was expecting.

I'm still excited for the movie, but I'm not going to lie, having Spider-Man in there is making all the difference with this movie. Whenever he was onscreen, I felt my inner fanboy scream. After the disappointment that was Age of Ultron, I don't think this movie would have been half as interesting to me without him.

Yeah, you're right. The reveal of Thor and the Guardians was already spoiled for most of us with the leaks, so I guess I expected to see more of them within the trailer.

The Guardians, or at least Star-Lord, were in a lot more of the Comic-Con trailer. Odd that they only use them as the end tag here.

They're also clearly featuring the Wakanda scenes/battle/characters in this trailer, since they have a film before Infinity War to push, and want us to feel that we have to make sure to go see that first.
