Its not definitive if the Stone is what powers the Vision.

He was already being uploaded when Thor intervened and added more energy.

He might be sustained by residual Infinity energy as well as Asgardian energy...after having the Gem removed.

I could see Nebula dying for sure. I think Tony will die, I can't seem him just retiring and sitting around after the events that take place in the next 2 movies. Cap will be the one to retire and Bucky will take his place as Captain America.

IMHO:

The gem just gave him energetic/density-altering powers.
His mind is essentially "JARVIS" and a bit of "ULTRON" program thrown into it, so his mind is the product of a fusion.
His body is superhuman anyway.
