I had to click it.

It was cool...

Fun fact: Today is Don Cheadle's & Chadwick Boseman's birthday
Scarlett and Mark Ruffalo share one too and was only like a week ago.

So have they changed Thanos in every movie he has been in? I swear every time he shows up on screen he looks different.

If Thanos was smart, he'd get Baskin Robbins to find Lang.

Damn good trailer. Just the right amount of teasing. Thanos looks pretty good to me. He looks to be the same quality as the Hulk and it has to be tough to make a big purple alien fit with the rest of the characters. Oh and bearded Cap should be required from this point forward.

Also I am guessing that the big ring in the sky is a teleporter which is how Spiderman, Tony, etc get on that other planet with Thanos?

WOW! This thread.

Someone gives an opinion of something, with just a bit of negative criticism, and they're automatically considered a hater? Because they don't blindly appreciate every aspect of something?

I definitely feel like there's some hypocrisy between a lot of us here that favor a studio team and don't criticize their own team as they would the competition. This whole Marvel vs. DC. vs. Marvel vs. Fox thing is stupid. All movies should be subject to the same level of criticism with as much objectivity as possible no matter what studio makes what movies.

I'm glad I don't favor any one team. Although I often root for the underdogs (Fox and WB/DC) to have winning films, I still acknowledge the greatness of the champion studio (Disney/Marvel), but just because they are the champion, doesn't mean they are perfect, nor does it mean they are exempt from criticism.

Criticism is one thing.

Asking if this movie (which hasnt come out yet in a TRAILER thread) will be talked about in the future (like BvS or MoS) is just Hate Bait with an agenda.

Now we gotta go off the damn rails with this for 2 pages.

Thor's theme by Robert Doyle is the most underrated themes out there, but probably my favorite of the MCU. It just had an epic building sound of hope to it.

I was happily surprised Taika had it played at the end of Thor Ragnarok.

He did? I guess I really have to listen to the score now.

Glad they aren't hiding Thor's eye anymore. Well, the lack of one...
Might spur people who haven't seen Ragnarok yet to go check it out.

And y'all straight dudes need to quit hatin' on the Pratt-stache. It's magnificent.

Thor could lose all 4 appendages and I still wouldn't see Ragnarok. I have absolutely no interest in the character outside the team-up films.

I know BluRayHiDef had a lot of fair criticism against Justice League, so I guess I didn't see it as him just being a DC fanboy hate-baiting against Marvel.

I actually think it was a good question that could be posed for all superhero movies. I think we're in a time of saturation -- the more they make, the more critical most people are going to be of them. We hardcore fans might follow them all and have our favorites, but unless we start spacing them out and making each one special, I fear somewhere down the line, we're going to look back and realize as far as films go, there weren't as many gems as we originally thought. Of course, not every one is expected to be groundbreaking, it's all just entertainment, but when you have so many of them coming out within a short span of time, they will without a doubt be subject to harsher criticism. Right now we're all riding high on them, so yes, let's keep them coming, but if you don't think the superhero movie genre will bust at some point, you're just being delusional. Ask anyone that grew up in the age of musicals, westerns, and classic monster movies. Time moves on and all good things will come to an end. And of all the movies from those genres of that period that matter to general audiences today, there are really only a handful still worth mattering. It's the quality of a film that will stand the test of time, not the quantity.

However, just as Marvel's Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Captain America: Civil War, as well as every other film in the MCU, have come and gone, vanishing from the consciousness of pop culture within mere months after their theatrical releases due to their lack of relevance to contemporary issues and their overall lack of depth, so will Avengers: Infinity War. Ask yourself, ten years into this franchise, how many films were at the forefront of the consciousness of society? How many stayed that way?
Oh gimme a break.
