That could possibly happen. Only if you consider BOTH Infinity War and Avengers 4 (Infinity War Part 2) being near 150min in length, the total combined runtime will be over 300 minutes.

I actually probably would still go see it. That would be one hell of a long ride.

I honestly don't know how I survived watching LotR in theaters back in the day. These days I have to completely avoid drinking anything while watching a movie otherwise I'd be running to the bathroom every half an hour.

Just watched the trailer on my TV, it was OK. After being left a bit disappointed with Civil War it's a little hard for me to get excited for another team up film. :/

Bunch of amateurs on this thread. I watched The Return of the King on opening night when midnight showings were true midnight showings. I watched with a friend who was about 90 minutes from me so we met at a theater between our two houses. I didn't fall asleep until approximately 4:30am.... and I had new hire training for a job starting at 8:30am the next morning.

I also remember a friend waiting outside all day to get The Phantom Menace tickets for us.

Kids these days don't understand that the pain was real back then.... lol

Even a 3 hour Avengers movie at 7pm at night would be a walk in the park.

I did the same with Phantom Menace. Got to the theater at 8am and I think tickets went on sale at 3pm?? I know, only 5 hours, but my reward for going later was that the best tickets I could get were 11pm the NEXT day!!!!

Blame the ******** who shot those people in Aurora, CO for no more midnight screenings.

Yeah, I never got the logic behind that. Like, if someone's planning a rampage, they won't do it five hours earlier? Same as most things in this country lately: it gives the illusion of "doing something" while actually not doing anything.

You can blame it on the lawsuits that followed claiming the theater did not have enough staff and security on hand which allowed the shooter to carry out his plan. Midnight showings usually had a skeleton crew of workers and now theaters are less willing to open late with a very light crew due to liability concerns since that shooting.
