He didn't say Marvel sucks, just that he hasn't enjoyed an MCU movie in a while (that infers he did enjoy some before). I enjoyed Winter Soldier but don't think the Russo Brothers' style (their experience prior to the MCU being shows like Arrested Development and Happy Endings) doesn't lend itself to the sort of grandiose scale you'd expect of a movie so many years in the making. That said, I can see both sides of it. If you were anticipating this I could see you loving what you're seeing and if you think all these films look the same I can see you feeling no different about this one. The bits with Cap have me intrigued myself but that's about it.

Lighting. In the trailer, we only see him in orange-ish lighting, which makes him appear more pink. In GOTG, we see him in neutral or slightly blue lighting, so he looks more like he "should." Presumably, in other sections of the film, he'll look more like he did in GOTG.

We’ve only ever seen him in an unknown region of space. Perhaps the nearest star to him was made of a gas that burned blue or violet or some other colour that affected the appearance of his pigmentation in that environment.

Who knows? Who cares? Hell... maybe Loki will even address it at some point since he’ll obviously remember the encounter they had together.

I mean at least in Justice league DC the movies were actual disasters and had real drama, with what was going on in real time, so bashing, talking about what was going on is completely different in my opinion.

I love both, but notice in the Marvel ones its just anger that people are happy/ enjoying a culmination of 20+ years of movies, so they take the shots that were being taken or perceived at their favorite.

Loved the trailer. Didn't spoil much and thats great, but showed enough to get me excited. Then again, I would have watched this anyway. Sick of the DC vs Marvel. Doesn't anyone else enjoy both? I've always preferred DC when it comes to comics, animated series and movies, but Marvel has been constantly making amazing live action movies and I enjoyed all of them.

Now, thoughts about the movie...

Thanos gets the purple stone first, which means one of his first scenes will be him f**** up Xandar. That should be impressive. 2nd will be the blue stone, which apparently Loki offers to him. Yellow stone maybe third? I am guessing the orange soul stone is in Wakanda and therefore the battle from the trailer. I don't particularly like that as there is too much stone involvement coming from Earth with Tesseract and the Eye already. I hope Doctor Strange doesn't bite the dust when Thanos gets that one.

Seeing the Guardians interact with the Avengers is one of the things Im most excited about this movie.

Also, after this movie ends... we get AntMan 2 and Captain Marvel? Feels like those will be a chore instead of having Avengers 4 right after it , which is what we will all want. And what will those movies be about? I know Captain Marvel happens in the 90s, but what about Ant Man 2? Curious about that.

I was hoping if they're gonna kill off a bunch of heroes for effect.. Ant Man, Loki, Buckey a few others I can live without go lol

But I guess unless the timeline is different they can't kill Antman if they're making a second movie. Although not sure how that would fit into the timeline if hes off fighting Thanos in a two parter but meanwhile getting his own sequel lol

Developing the WASP for starters. And Marvel and Wasp will be Avengers 4 for sure.
