That's easy. You don't need blood and guts to kill off a character.Thanos can always have them disintegrate or vaporized or who knows what else. Or he can easily just beat them to death (literally).

Sorry Bub, you're not going to get Game of Thrones level deaths in this movie.

I wouldn't mind if Gamora dies and Nebula takes her place in the Guardians. Nebula is definitely a more interesting character than Gamora.

The only think I’m interested in with the deaths is how they’re going to balance the deaths in a way that doesn’t break the internal logic of the film’s. Like they’ve bounced out of most situations unharmed, they start killing of the characters, they need to do it so that we aren’t questioning how they managed to survive certain things through the films but that that.

I think we need to set up a pool of who’s gonna live and who contractual obligations are closing of. We know we got some more Spider-Man films coming, and that the Hulk is in the next Avengers film, and I doubt the next Ant-Man film is set prior to Infinity War. Guardians 3 is coming up that’s doesn't necessarily means everyone of them are immune to casualties, and we know Evans and Downey Jr. contracts are almost through. And the Thor saga has pretty much closed off now.

They recently wrapped principal photography on Ant Man & Wasp and are just getting into shooting A4, so it's probable that the photographs are from that.

It looks like their plan is to make 3 films of each hero. Like Iron Man, Captain America, now Thor. Doubt we get another Thor film.

I think its more a numbers game, and the actors wanting to do other things..

I don't think we'll see them mess with RDJ, Evans, or Hemsworth, but I do think they've made so many movies, made so many appearances, we might see them away for a good bit 3-5 years in no capacity maybe just off handed references.

Spidey, Strange, etc. can carry it for a few years.

But they'd in my estimation be crazy to kill off (now they can always use some super stone to bring them back and we've yet to see a reincarnation like in the comics where they've all died 100 times lol) or do something they can't undo.

After almost 10 years its fine with me if they get a break before they want another truckload of money.

Very few actors enjoy doing something even that long (look at Portman she wanted out after 1 lol), so another few movies I don't see happening.

Yeah but I don't see them offing just the smaller characters. Maybe 1 or 2 of those and 1 or 2 big names like Iron Man and Cap

I mean Widow/Hawkeye have been around for so long in so many movies that that has a bigger impact (at least to me than say if Ant-Man got it lol... I still haven't seen that movie )

I know they aren't stand alone movie big, but 1 or 2 of them combined with a few smaller characters from each series would have an equal impact than a single big character.

Either way with what we know of the comics resurrection is always in the deck lol assuming something Kevin Spacey/ Matt Lauer doesn't happen and they're never welcome back or a Garfield exec. head fight happens lol.

I would be shocked if they killed off Bucky. Since he's the most likely candidate to take up the Captain America mantle. Although, if they did kill him, I'd be devastated as he's my favorite character in the MCU right now.
