Really hope the character dumbs it down w/ the suit soon in the future. Seems like a kid could never get better at his job like that if he has all that assistance. I remember when the comics' version did the suit thing too.. at least by that point the dude had done his work for years by that point.

I think Boxoffice.com tries to underestimate when possible so it makes them look more credible when the movie over-preforms and they can boost social media/word of mouth, ect. I'd look at $215 million opening weekend as a minimum, but highest could be past $250 million at this point.

I doubt it. The suit was already dumbed down for him in Civil War. Peter wanted to unlock the suits full capability. Which is why he and Ned hacked the 'Training Wheels' program lol.

Why would he use his actual arms? Why wouldn't they program all 4 bionic limbs from the suit to shoot his webbing?

It just dawned on me that the Oscars tonight are on ABC. Since Disney has history of premiering trailers during football games and events on their networks, with tickets going on sale right after, could this be where Disney chooses to launch Infinity War?
It would seem a definite possibility, though the one thing that makes me think it won't is that they usually hype it ahead of time to get people to tune in just for the trailer.

I really don't like that design. I still love the original more.

The same goes for Spider-Man 3 symbiote costume. I get that hollywood makes alterations.. but still:

That's not to say that all changes Hollywood makes are bad. I adored The Amazing Spider-Man 2 costume for example.

They used to not allow commercials for movies during the Oscar telecast, I think partially to avoid looking biased, and also to keep the prestige and commercialization of movies separate, but they changed that rule a few years back.
I think I've only ever seen a couple movie ads since they started allowing them, but it is possible.
