Ragnarok is to Thor as Winter Soldier was to Cap; both films did wonders for their character's popularity.

How much could they charge for a 31 hour showing of all those movies? And why would anyone do that? It would be so much easier to just watch them at your own pace at home... and be able to shower, go to work and eat in between your next movie, but y'know..

My boys and I are getting ready for A:IW. We started back at the beginning with Iron Man last night. Still a great movie. We plan to watch three movies per week for the next six weeks so we should be right on track. Our theater has a $5 Tuesday so the plan is to watch BP a few days before A:IW is released. Should be fun!

Why is the Marathon listed as 31 hours? Are they not doing all the movies? There are 18 films, which would be roughly 36 hours, and that's not including any breaks. Even if they don't include Universal's Incredible Hulk that would still be 34 hours. So what's missing?
If you're going to include only a few select films in a marathon, fine, but when you're already over 30 hours, if you're going to do such a massive marathon, at that point why wouldn't you include ALL of them?

Maybe it's not an accurate listing? I'd say wait until full details/schedule is announced. At 31 hours, it's missing three films. What three MCU movies are entirely irrelevant to the Infinity War story?

Better action and story despite its ranking within X-films.

Shit....ill take the Blob fight over Thor DW.

I would hope they have a multi-weekend event and not a single showing for 18 movies back to back. It could be structured like the Best Picture festival. 6 movies each day over 3 Saturdays would make sense for this.

All I'll say is, if there's some sort of medal or even a commemorative blanket like what was given during the Star Wars marathon, I'll consider it.

But X-Men Origins: Wolverine sucked, though.
