Yeah, the Fan Event here is not even IMAX (just RealD 3D) and it costs $27.

I would like to check it out in Dolby at some point, but I think my first screening will be IMAX, since this was the first movie to be filmed 100% using IMAX cameras, which means it will probably have the best picture and use the full screen the whole time.

Oddly, the Memphis area theaters (Malco) already have tickets for sale. We usually get stuff weeks later, since Malco doesn't do Fandango. No IMAX yet, but Thursday has two shows available, & Friday has the Atmos screen available to buy. Runtime is 156 minutes.

But even thoae times are all just people's guesses - it isnt necessarily either of those.

Logicially, I would say yes, they would debut it on GMA, but whenever they have done that, they have heavily hyped and advertised it ahead of time so people tune in to the show. So I think it is just going to drop online mid-morning.

This is unrelated to Infinity War but regarding Valkyrie in Ragnarok - what is her actual name? They say the Valkyrie were a group, which I understand, but then I also see her as a character being called Valkyrie.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I was rewatching Ragnarok again and it made me think.

the famous Valkyrie associated with Thor in the Marvel Comics is named Brunhilde if I'm not mistaken. the one in the movie, only goes by the name Valkyrie which I think leads people to believe that "Valkyrie" is her name.

In regards to Valkyrie, Tessa Thompson did convince Taika Waititi to shoot a scene in which a woman is seen lying in Valkyrie's bed. Sadly, that was cut from the finished product.

And it's said one of the other Valkyrie's slain by Hela is her lover (the blonde haired female) which was a nod to her relationship with Annabelle in the comics.
