i'll be refreshing my theaters webpage constantly all day today to try and get tickets for the 8 of us that want to go.

8 of you? That's a lot, I'm only buying 5 tickets but pretty sure I still have to wait till next month.

I can't buy tickets until next week, and even though I really don't want another trailer, I have to watch it. So I'll be waiting for that.

Think tickets will really sell out that fast? People on Reddit are saying to buy the tickets first and then watch the trailer, not to waste time. I don't live in a big state like California, NY, MA, etc... I'm not overly worried about missing out by 5 minutes personally, famous last words.

Either way I'm not gonna take the chance and wait to watch the trailer first.

Idk about anybody else but tickets never sell out where I live. Not even for Star Wars so I doubt this will sell out either. But I still like to get my ticket in advance to avoid any hassle and precaution

I was slightly worried about Thor Ragnarok because it was the first movie that I had gone to on release day in years. Fast forward to 3 PM on that Friday and there was a total of 10 people in the theater counting me and my friend.

Black Panther on the other hand was nuts. I went 4 days after release day and people were sitting on the steps to see it.

I'm not worried about tickets selling out. I'm worried about getting crappy seats. my local theater installed "dream loungers" in all the theaters so everything is now reserved seating.

the front 3-4 rows are just too close. so we want to get descent seats.

I went to the earliest showing for Black Panther on release day. I think it was 10 something in the morning and it was pretty empty. Less than 20 people I would say maybe 15 or so. Idk about opening night though, which is usually what I go to.

Where i WI? But I agree. If you dont want to sit in the front 2 rows, you have to buy early these days.

I have three tabs open - my theater's (AMC), Fandango, and Atom Tickets, and keep refreshing all three. I have learned (the hard way) in the past that sometimes one will start selling before the others, so I want to get in on whichever starts first.
