Yeah, for sure. I wouldn't even consider posting anything shown in the trailer as a spoiler if it were me. Once it is made available to the public it is fair game imo. Could see if it were something from an episode or the full movie but not the trailer.

no, the "with __________" and "and _______" credits are usually used for higher profile stars who don't get top billing. They know they can't be billed up top, but don't want to get lost in the middle. Again, it's all contractual.

as the opening scene before the Marvel intro, but if not, a flashback during an exposition scene is fine too.

It might happen when Gamora is talking to Stark (unless the trailer is edited to make it look like shes talking to him)
