Besides Hawkeye, has there been any indication of The Collector in any of the promotional material either? I haven't seen any. I know he was in that leaked scene that Disney employee put out last fall. Seems another big name they are kind of hiding from the general audience.

I didn't want to watch the trailer, but caved and did

At least it didn't really ruin anything so I was able to enjoy it

Tonight is Guardians on my marathon. Got the tickets for my group of 6 going to catch it in Prime on opening night; I'm normally a Saturday morning person since it is half price, but this is an event that I don't want to risk having spoiled.

He refers to it as a relic that predated the universe. The Collector is the first to mention Infinity Stone.

Marvel Characters Without Much Screen Time In 'Avengers: Infinity War' To Be Pushed To Forefront In 'Avengers 4'

Quote:
Infinity War will feature just about every hero in the MCU, but not every single character will get a lion's share of the attention. The good news is that you can expect them to have a much bigger part in Avengers 4 according to co-director Joe Russo.

"We knew that because we had two films, Avengers 3 and 4, that in one movie we could push people to the forefront but then we could pull back in the second film and push other characters to the forefront who had less screen time in the first movie," Russo told Fandango. "We did have the opportunity to divide it up that way. So if you feel like one of your favorite characters didn't get enough screen time in Avengers 3, well then wait 'til Avengers 4."

Well, Benicio Del Toro's name is listed at the bottom of the poster, if that counts. Jeremy Renner's name is completely absent, which seems odd, given that the Russo's seem to confirm Hawkeye has his own storyline in this movie.

It appears that Spider-Man: Homecoming "predicted" the release date for The Avengers: Infinity War trailer 2.

Strange to find some of the shots actually cropped from the 2.39:1 image (particularly the one with Thor). I also find it interesting that the color grading between the two are quite different.

Still, the 1.9 composition is well suited and I much prefer it over the standard widescreen. Glad to see they really took advantage of that extra image.

Sadly the 1.9 ratio will never see a home video release.

Which is why I chose to see this in IMAX.

I think Korg is the one thing that kept Thor 3 from being a great movie. Take him out of everything he's in, and movie is already 200% better.

I'm sorry to disagree. Korg was the scene stealer of the entire movie. Definitely became a fan favorite and breakout star.
