I wonder why they ended up making Thanos look more like Josh Brolin's nose than what they originally went with in his short scenes. Even in the Age of Ultron mid-credit scene it's a narrow nose. That's the main reason, outside of him being a different hue of purple, that Thanks appears different.

Who says they couldn't have made a deal with Fox to include him in the film though? And besides, the only thing keeping studios from using certain characters is because they don't want to get sued.

I highly doubt Fox can sue Disney at this point since the deal is already in place. It just needs to be legally approved.

Why not? The X-Men, Fantastic Four and plenty of other hero's that are part of the storyline in the comics aren't in it either. Doesn't really make a difference.

But I'm saying, if Marvel has the film rights to Adam Warlock and not use him, why would they go to the trouble of getting Silver Surfer instead? They are not following the comics anyway.

Who knows? Obviously it would be for a purpose. I guess we will see if and when the time comes.

Yeah but a lot of people look at Metacritic as a source for film ratings and such. Wouldn't them making up such a lie risk pissing off people and giving them a bad name?

Adam Warlock was just barely teased in Guardians 2 so Marvel may want to fully introduce him in Guardians 3 & not Infinity War.
