I think it will ultimately open around where Last Jedi did ($220 million), and it will certainly pass Age of Ultron. The question to me is if it can pass $600 million or even the first film, and a lot of that will come down to WOM and how complete it is (if indeed it doesn't just feel like a part one as the Russos claim but rather its own full movie, that will probably help the final total).

Avengers: Infinity War First Reactions Released!!

Marvel Studios is showing the first thirty minutes of Avengers: Infinity War to fans and press over the next few weeks, one of which occurred in London today. Not much plot-wise was revealed in the initial footage, but the most immediate takeaway seems to be how funny it is (via DigitalSpyFilm)

"We’ve just seen 30 mins of #AvengersInfinityWar. Can’t say too much but it’s way ambitious, it’ll switch tones between different groups (the Guardians sequence had a very different, look, feel and soundtrack to the New York scenes) and it’s going to be funny. Still no Hawkeye!"

Only 2 scenes were shown and I find it hard to believe that the first 2 scenes took a full 30 minutes. They must have rounded up.

Honestly, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if Hawkeye is just a post credits scene. Even actors who seem likely to have just extended cameos are credited on the poster, and I could see the "separate mission" he is on being one of the credits scenes and used to set up more in Avengers 4 (where I still doubt he will have a major role given how sidelined he's been).
