I got the new IW trailer all 3 times I saw RPO.

Lucky, that was the one trailer I was really hoping to see. Second time I saw RPO they didn't even show an Infinity War trailer.

TLJ was the only movie I saw a trailer for this with. I think TLJ and RPO were the only movies that Disney put a trailer for this on. Odd that they didn't put it with more movies.

Yeah, especially not putting it on Black Panther.

That makes sense, cause they needed to start advertising Ant-Man and Wasp. And while I don't think anyone buys it, in Black Panther
[Show spoiler]there is a part where they seemingly kill the main character, and would take away from that moment a bit to have BP in the Avengers trailer right before the movie
.

I've gotten the trailer with a few films anyway, but mostly the first trailer, the second one just with Ready Player One

True but studios usually put more than 1 of their trailers on their movies.

I've been to the movies about 5 times since Black Panther and haven't seen an Infinity War trailer once, not the first or the second trailer. I've been dying to see the trailer on the big screen and looks like I never will now.

It is weird because last year I saw a Thor Ragnarok trailer 2-3 times, just about every other time I went to the movies from summer onward.

Hopefully they’ll start attaching an Incredibles 2 trailer since there’s only been a teaser attached to movies and it come out in less than 2 months.

The new Incredibles 2 trailer will be with 2D showings of Infinity War. Though 3D showings will have Ant-Man instead.

Genuinely curious as to why’s you theorize that?

I think my Marcus Theater hates Disney. You almost never get a Star Wars trailer, and I think I saw Avengers one time now, as Last Jedi had Zero trailers and I didnt even get one with Black Panther.

yeslek, why you always see midnight shows? You know there's earlier showings at 6 and 7pm?

the 6-7pm shows would be later as first available showing of movies can be 0005, so just after midnight on release day. Next showings start around 9/10am in the morning after the poor theatre workers have slept.
so Its the earliest chance to see the movie.

plus all the geeks/nerds come out in force so its always a great atmosphere. Civil War we had a guy in full Spidey-spandex with a Cap Shield

Theatres do midnight showings that usually follow as a double/triple bill(saw both Guardians movies back to back from 9.30pm last year, with the midnight showing being release day for the sequel) but oddly there arent any for this. Was hoping for a triple with all 3 Avengers movies).

so my lack of patience? would be the short answer

What I'm saying is, here in America they show movies Thursday night at 7pm instead of midnight Friday morning. My question is, why don't you see the movie at that time rather than waiting until midnight?

Because those evening shows come later.
On 26th to 0005am, the first screenings, in UK, start as release date is 26th here.
Later on Thursday, they start normal full day screenings Fromm 9/10am through to mahbe 10pm/11pm.
Then the daily screening will continue Friday onwards.

The midnight showing is a one off, for eager sods like me. The chance to see the movie, eve 25th/am 26th before normal listings. So first chance to see an eve show, is later in the day, approx a full 20hrs after the midnight showing.

It’s a one off, the midnight. Hence, short amswer being, a massive impatient

He’s not waiting until midnight, midnight is the first available showing for us on the 26th and wants to be one of the first to see it.

I would have done the same if I could but settled for a 5pm showing on the 26th instead.

She

But yes, am going to the first available showing in UK

Would be nice if we had the early, evening fore showings on 25th but that’s would be pushin it,

Still, semantics aside.... 3 days TIL movie day!!!(am hoping to catch Rampage and Funny Cow before watching Infinity War midnight Wed)
