I would love for there to be a double-feature next year showing Infinity War and Avengers 4 back-to-back

Iron Man 3 - Pass. Aside from Tony’s mindset and justifications, there is not a must watch reason here. Pass.
Completely disagree. In terms of relevance and consequence you simply can’t be so dismissive about Tony’s PTS and mindset to the point of passing. It plays a huge part in Ultron and even Civil War.

They should release it as one cut and call it Avengers: Infinity War - The Whole Bloody Affair and do a limited event roadshow for it.

The CGI is flawless in this film...they went above and beyond to ensure that everything looks great. Thanos was rendered perfectly...the character was REALLY given "life" in this film .

Glad they got rid of the shot of Rogers/T'Challa riding in the vehicle with Wakanda in the background.

Agreed, didn't need that Black Panther level of bad CGI entering Infinity War, better that it got left on the cutting room floor.

^ That seems to be the basic mentality here. I respect all opinions of course, there is no need for belittlement or unfair treatment due to differing opinions. Everyone enjoys what they enjoy, and that's fine. People just need to chill out a bit. It's only a movie.

I personally gave it a 2/5 (rounded from a 2.5, since I was actually split on the movie, with my review over in the spoiler thread as to not ruin anyones experience in this non-spoiler thread), so I guess that automatically makes me a stupid troll for having my own mind and thoughts, even though I've quite enjoyed other MCU movies previously. The thing is, there's over 8 billion people in the world. Not every single one of them is going to LOVE Infinity War and give it a 5/5. Please, get over yourselves.
Why not? 99% of people liked the movie...you didn't great. Ask the rest of us if we care

The CGI is not flawless in this movie. The shots of Iron Man and Spider-Man in their suits looked like floating heads. The Hulk Buster was the same thing.

Thanos was fantastic.

The floating heads thing is eh.

But Thanos looked overall great.

I think they spent the most work and money on Thanos when he's in Wakanda. Because that's when he looked damn near real life on his face and the lighting and textures of his face looked real.

Mark Ruffalo's face looked like it was badly photoshopped into the suit at one point

Marvel did it! Infinity War did not disappoint!

It's going to be a long year waiting for Avengers 4.

I'll give it 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5.

Could you imagine having to wait 3 years between Infinity War and A4? 1 year already sounds far away but it'll get here before we know it with the trailers and promotional images.

Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows Pt. 1 -> Part 2 was the best turnaround. Barely had to wait a year, and both films lived up to the hype (IMO).

You can see a movie of your choice once with your MoviePass card. The first three months also includes, if you are new to iHeartRadio All Access, a three month trail to this musc streaming service.

You get sent a MoviePass debit card and you use the MoviePass app on Android or iOS to check into a movie. Either find the movie you want to see in the Movies tab or use the Theaters tab list view to find theaters. You need to be within 1000 yards of the theater to check in. Tap on the time you want to see it and the debit card is loaded with the funds necessary to cover the ticket. If the showtime is full or you change your mind, you can cancel the check in and do it again.

Some theaters also support etickets through MoviePass. You don't need to be near the theater to buy an eticket. Simply tap on the time, if the theater also supports reserved seats then choose your seats, and confirm the ticket. You can then pick it up at the theater.. These can not be cancelled.

You have four movies a month. And one movie per day, the day is from 12:00am to 11:59pm. So if you see a movie at 10:00pm, you can still check in for the next day if you want.

You may have to submit a photo of your ticket stub which the app will prompt you to do. You don't have to do it immediately just before your next check in.
That actually sounds a bit crap to me.
I pay £17 a month for unlimited 3D and. 2D movies, which is why I often see 2 or 3 back to back, same day.
I get a tenner off IMAX, 4DX and Dbox seat (so pay £4-6 toward the £16 standard ticket cost)
Basically, I could stay in one screen, watching all that days showings of say IMAX IW if I wanted. The only limit is that movie times can’t overlap more th 30mins,n I need to show my photo ID member card to prove its mine.
It works at any of the chains locations too(i’ve 5 near me, 3 with IMAX screens )
So as long as I go the cinema twice a month, it saves money omnibus tickets.

Oh I get 10-25% discounts at restaurants near the cinemas, and of popcorn/drinks in the cinema.

Been on this unlimited scheme sine before Dark World (that Thor. Triple was the first booking: £5.14 for Thor, Avengers and Thor 2 IMAX movies!)

I agree, Deathly Hallows was perfect. Part 1 is in my top three favorite Harry Potter movies come to think of it. This scene here is my favorite scene in any movie ever, period, it is so powerful and the soundtrack is amazing.
