Kl'rt isn't the only Super-Skrull, though. There are even some Super-Skrulls with mutant powers. So Marvel might possibly not even co-own the film rights to Super-Skrulls in general. But at the same time, I think Fox can't use Super-Skrulls that have the powers of characters that are in the MCU. But I believe Fox also has access to the Skrull race as well. After all, Skrulls are more associated with Fantastic Four than The Avengers.
