See that's the thing. Will some of the TV characters die if Thanos wipes out half of the life form in the universe in Infinity War? If they completely ignore it, then that's confirms that the movies and TV shows aren't connect at all. But I'm having trouble imagining the Marvel TV shows going through a couple of episodes without some of the main characters, since they disappeared due to the hands of Thanos. The only way they can getaway with this is if they water down Thanos.

They can easily write the Defenders as not getting involved with the IW.
Thanos doesnt have to abduct everyone.
But yeah im curious on how this is treated.
Netflix came out after the Chitari, so they avoided involvement.
Thanos being "watered down" isnt a factor here.
He didnt deal with every superhero in the source material in the first place.

Considering Thanos went for his gauntlet and will be getting the stones I'm wondering what's the order he'll get them or if he'll have minions get them. Also, will any avenger or shield member be killed in the retrieval of the stones.

This is a MCU film, I wouldn't count on anyone important dying (if anyone even does). At worst someone might get hurt badly, if that.

Adam will more than likely start as a villain. Then possibly split into his two forms. So Guardians 3 will need to be his start.

I think Warlock is too serious a figure to be launched from Guardians.

I just hope if they use Magus that he's not just a villain at the end of Guardians 3. Like the reason Warlock teams up with the Guardians to take him down. I know these movies are not the comics of course but Magus would be wasted if he's not another huge villain in the overall movie universe.

That's different. The Netflix shows came after the first Avengers movie. With Infinity War, however, happening at the same time as all the other Marvel shows. How can you have something happening where a good portion of earth's population has disappeared, and have all of these other characters still worrying about saving their streets? Even if none The Defenders die, some of the supporting cast members have to. There no way you have Thanos wipe out half the population on earth, and have nothing happen to any of the supporting characters in the Marvel shows. That just doesn't add up at all. That's like having a romantic drama set during Hurricane Katrina, and don't even acknowledge how it's affecting the characters.
