That's if Lionsgate or Studio Canal is doing the audio mixes. If it's Lionsgate, they may be getting new Atmos tracks.

I prefer the theatrical cut to the director's. It actually has less violence and the pacing feels off. It's still not bad but the cut is odd and feels like the work print. There are a couple of additional scenes I like but I could live without them.
I'm hoping the one disc has both cuts but if I had to pick just one, it's the theatrical. |

Though the Rambo: First Blood II title and credits are very much shifted to the right of the screen. That can't be correct! Seems like a very silly thing to miss when it was being worked on for the remastered set.

The sound on the extended Blu-ray of Rambo (4th movie) is god-tier stuff. People can piss and moan about the extended cut removing the gore all they want, but the theatrical cut Blu-ray sounds like a ****ing wax cylinder* in comparison.
*note: that's hyperbole, for effect like |

Most likely, those mixes are gone for good with the blow-up prints or at the very least, lost in the uncatalogued mess of whatever elements have been archived for the respective films.

I don't think Lionsgate is 100% behind UHD. I mean, they'll release something on the format but there's going to be minimal effort to make the release the best it can be. I saw no difference in PQ between the Dredd BD and the UHD and just a small uptick (better colors) in 3:10 To Yuma. And I don't even want to start with T2. Waiting for reviews before taking the plunge with LG titles.
