I’m sensing an uprising -

against authority in Vincent’s neighborhood! – https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...e#post19779831

LordoftheRings, Salvador or anyone well rounded, name that successful episodic TV series that uses that addicting Bella Ciao tune which I personally like to listen to on a long greuling hill climb.

P.S.
Per ‘Food for Shoot’, or perhaps Shoot for Food reminds me, rather than fruitti di mare, this week we’re planning on trying out that other famous No.10’s carbonara and branzino at the Grove, or maybe their lobster paccheri - https://www.n10restaurant.com/about

absolutely would have looked better using this camera - https://sonycine.com/testfootage/ , but you know, you make do with what you’ve got at the moment.

P.S.
That test footage link is a gold mine of 16-bit linear raw free content that encoders can play with, albeit containing no behind the scenes shots from Top Gun: Maverick.

^ Bonus – for those SDR diehards or perhaps those looking to produce a 16-bit SDR comparison images (to HDR), you could load those images into this free program – https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com...catalystbrowse , convert them to Rec. 709, and then export, etc.

As we love cutting-edge tech and science which someday may affect all of us, but few are cognizant of its nuances at the time….at the soon approaching in-person HPA retreat - https://hpaonline.com/hpa-tech-retre...rns-in-person/ , planned highlights include such presentations as “NFL Media (Tony Cole). Matthew Goldman, now at the Sinclair Broadcast Group, will discuss broadcast HDR” , “ARRI image science engineer Harald Brendel describing a new color space for encoding high-dynamic range camera data” and a breakfast roundtable about “Samsung’s new Quantum Dot OLED display”,

Finally, rumor has it, bearing in mind this is only rumor like Tom C. doing a cameo in Multiverse of Madness, rumor has it Mark S. will recklessly place our retinas at risk of inflammation leading to cystoid macular edema by not only wearing T-shirts to the podium as in the past –

but also, this time around, accompanied by having on shorts exposing those hairy gams.

Best phone for shooting moving pictures ... HDR10 & Dolby Vision
☆ iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.

'Dune' was the best technical film of 2021, visuals and sounds.
'The Power of the Dog' was the best film (spirit) of 2021, with a great musical score, great natural cinematography and expert direction. ...Top notch acting.

* Now is the time to create intelligently in movie making HDR magic.
