Fair enough. I am going to check it tonight and post my opinions. I am a lot less picky about video details than most here but at the same time, I have been pretty spoiled with catalog releases like I, Robot etc that look STELLAR.

I will spend my time however I wish, thanks. Its easy enough to check in on this forum, and practice my music at the same time
Have you seen yet? If I remember right you stated that you weren't going to see it. So how can you have a fair judgment of the movie if you haven't seen it? How can you counter everyone that like the PQ of the movie? Ya I know how Eric.exe screencaps are the one ring to rule to all LOL.

After skimming some of the recent posts, I have just ordered it from Best Buy. Waiting for me email pickup confirm. Can't wait to weigh in on PQ since I have seen all three in theaters and have the DVDs

Guys lets stay on topic and lets respect the opinion of others. Some people like the PQ and others don't. Everyone is welcomed to their opinion, but lets keep the thread going in the right direction.

I have not countered everyone who likes it, not even close. I will counter ridiculous statements that claim the MANY people who find this transfer a disappointment are WRONG which is proved by the people in this thread who all find it not as bad as some of the reviews have made it out to be. That is ridiculous. So the people in this thread are right, but anyone who disagrees is wrong? Gotcha

I respect what you say and I will abide What bothers me is that someone who has stated that he(Todd Smith) wont see the movie and still counters everyone that likes the PQ. How can he counter something if he hasn't even seen it?

Everyone just wants to find faults in the movie just because they arent the EE's well i can tell you one thing, the EE's are probably already finished and the PQ will be the same. You think the studio is going back to the lab just for a small amount of fans? NO!! its all about the dollar. Just except this MUST OWN release and stop arguing.

The PQ is good, and better than allot of releases, Some shots are messed up but there are allot of crisp close ups.

How can you even be in this discussion if you haven't even seen the movie? You have not point of reference to go by except what other people have to say?

So now I am required to have seen the films in order to participate in this thread? If that is the case, I will gladly leave, but I would like to see where that requirement is posted because I must have missed it, not to mention MANY others
