It doesn’t go bad and you 100% will use it eventually. Really if you buy 3 cases of toilet paper the worst thing that happens is you don’t have to buy toilet paper for the rest of the year.

A guy here visiting has been tested positive. He knew he was in contact with people infected and yet still traveled through here.

We really couldn't expect them to blame China as their masters would cut off their financial assistance.

It does, but it takes a while. I "inherited" a decorative toilet paper cozy, which had a roll inside from the 1970s. After 40+ years, when I took the cozy off to look at the roll, it did in fact go bad. I put the cozy back on and put it on a shelf. That roll will never be used.

How did it go bad... was it disintegrating?

The Republic of Ireland has hit double figures tonight with 13 cases of Coronavirus. There are a total of 6 confirmed cases in Northern Ireland.

One Irish healthcare professional had got the virus after travelling back with his 3 members of his family from Northern Italy. He & his family, who got also infected, are from the west of Ireland. The 1st ever community transmission in Ireland happened to a male patient at Cork University Hospital. He did not travel to any of the affected countries that had the virus.

People are so paranoid, I can't even give away a piece of furniture

I just ordered a box of black nitrile gloves on Amazon. People are so focused on protecting themselves that they've completely forgotten that it's their HANDS that need the most protection. Every time you step out into the world, your hands are the parts of your body that come into the most contact with dirty surfaces unless you walk around with your hands in your pockets. Even then, you'll still need to expose them to something at some point: the corner coffee vendor, an ATM machine, a pole grip on a bus, the politician on the street corner looking for votes, etc. Plus, I look like less of a doofus walking around wearing gloves than a mask

BTW, does anyone want a free love seat?

Postal employees have been wearing gloves for a while, though. Probably started after the Anthrax scares from a while back.

Gloves aren't a bad idea, but you do still have to follow the same principles that you would if you didn't have them on. Mainly, not touching your face/eyes/mouth with them on, and also sanitizing or replacing them regularly.

It bothers me that there isn't a huge viral (okay really bad term to use) marketing campaign being done to get people to wash their hands. I want to see ads before movies, and trending on Youtube, posters and billboards up. Seriously, just washing your hands, and not touching your face area could greatly reduce your risk of getting a virus (Covid-19, the Flu or others). Many other countries are doing huge campaigns for this, but I feel like America has really dropped the ball. Even companies like Google should be really plastering this simple message everywhere.

I also feel like there needs to be a ton more hand sanitizer stations set up everywhere too, especially in NYC
