My mother is worried about Easter, she's not sure if the family will be able to get together for it. I told her not to worry, and if worst comes to worst she can always FaceTime with her grandkids, but she is still upset she might not see them.

I don't think the government expected anyone to find the cure so fast (they were hoping to take down the Iranian government first). They're now ignoring it like it doesn't exist and proceeding with the plan to lock everyone in their homes and apartments as they get ready for STAGE 2 of the New World Order plan. Then the TP loving aliens will land.

I might be confusing which "boarder" you mean.

If you mean the boarder to Mexico, New Mexico is a US state.

I brought this up with my girlfriend yesterday. We always go to her relatives for Easter. I have no idea if they are planning anything or not considering the situation, but even if they do, I will not be going and I will strongly urge my girlfriend to stay home too. It's not worth the risk. People may think it's family but any one of them could be carrying it or have been recently exposed to somebody who is.

Stop posting misinformation. They have not found a cure. There are some leads, like Japan testing a previously-approved drug to reduce the length and severity of symptoms, but it does not appear to work well for those who have moderate or severe symptoms, only lighter cases.

And a supercomputer identifying compounds which may be effective against the virus does not mean a cure has been found. If those compounds can't be used for human consumption because they're not found to be safe, then those compounds don't do much good, do they? Or would you like to be the first one to try these new possible vaccines? That's why it takes along time to develop a vaccine - to make sure it's safe for humans.

I wish the news media would stop spreading misinformation as well. My father refuses to believe me when I tell him that something he heard on the news is wrong. He heard someone a couple of days ago on the news say you can cure coronavirus by gargling salt water, which is untrue, unproven, untested, and just plain stupid. Yet he believes it just because it was said on the news.
