i knew something was up when i opened the case and disc was exactly the same is the first version fox put out, the correct disc has guns and the artwork from the cover of "truth and justice" (2011 release) there is a digital copy and special feature that is not on the original release only reason i picked up is because i brought 5 dvds to trade upgrade and they didnt have many of the titles i was looking to pay the right price for.. and yeah the avatar over there<< is about what i looked like soon as inserted the disc hoping it wasnt the same ha haha ha any idea how i contact fox about this or should i just try take back to best buy?

I called the Customer Service line, explained what happened and they offered to replace my copy with the correct one. They sent me a return authorization but I'm still debating weather to ship it off or return it to Best Buy. I appreciate that they are willing to replace the disc but I also find it a bit unfair that I have to pay shipping to send it to them.

Nothing, reviews say they looks exactly the same. The new one has one extra featurette/mini documentary on it is all that's different. Still, I'd want all my docs if I didn't have the first version. As is, I'm so done buying this movie. It still holds up, but I had first got VHS, then the Canadian dvd. Then the first Fox dvd, then Japan, then Germany and finally BD. I love it, but enough is enough!

I decided to try and exchange it at Best Buy the other day. I explained the situation to the person at the customer service counter and they sent me to get another one. I grabbed all four that were on the shelf..........the customer service rep opened them one by one and all four were wrong. I went home with the same set I came in with. Looks like I'll be sending it in for replacement after all.

Just opened my copy and same issue w/the disc. Contacted Fox and they emailed me a return shipping label and once they receive it, they will send me the correct disc. I would normally worry about it turning into a "lost package" but the shipping label has a UPS tracking number, hope that doesn't lull me into a false sense of security.
