We can't be 100% sure without further proof but....i find it unlikely that the master used for the releases worldwide is not the same.
These versions are released within days from each other....for Fox to strike different masters for each territory is higly unlikely.
They just change the soundtracks and subs.
So i think we can almost....almost be certain that these are 4K

Here's the problem with that... the Arri Alexa is 2k. So, even if they did a 4k master, part of the image is forever locked at 2k. Talk about varying quality.

Arri needs to get their heads out of their butts and release a 4k capable Alexa (6k or 5k sensor for a superior 4k output), so DP's can go gaga over it (like the older 2k camera) and we get more true 4k content.
