Just an idea...
As somebody who uses the televisions in-built media streaming service apps and media player, I do wish Vincent would spend some time to checking to see if these apps display content at the correct refresh rates. There's nothing worse seeing natively encoded 23.976 or 24.000 content displayed at 60Hz. Not to mention 25.000fps encoded content from say, BBC iPlayer or NOW displayed at 60Hz ![]() |

Vincent said the 2023 models pass DTS through e/arc. If I didn't understand or someone can clarify please post. That is partly the reason why I did not purchase the C2. Thanks, John..

"DTS audio formats are still not supported in LG's 2023 TVs but the company said that the 2023 models now have the capability to pass through the DTS bitstream of a IMAX Enhanced stream to an IMAX Enhanced compatible soundbar. It should also work with IMAX Enhanced soundbars from other brands" |

FlatPanelsHD posted an update today. Maybe they actually struck a deal with DTS for good... https://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.ph...&id=1672916807 |

LG TVs don't use Mediatek SoCs, they use proprietary hardware: that's why they have 4 HDMI 2.1 ports since 2019
