Now New Line announce the same at CES and UNI pee there pants.

You know, I can sure live without the stress of the format war, and concentrate on excellent cinema releases on Blu-ray. I'm overjoyed by this news, of course, and I'd like to thank each and every one of our insiders for making the war bearable throughout 2007.

And now for the real big work ahead -- getting Blu-ray to be the best it can be, and take down the good old DVD.

All of this goodness makes me wonder if that supposed 18-month Paramount contract has an out-clause in case of (not very to us) "unforeseen events" such as this?
