They'd been teasing a range of horror blu-ray releases for a while, but the reveals seemed to be delayed. I assume the quote is taken from the newsletter, but I'm not sure, someone posted this on Cult Labs.

Exposure did a great job with The Uninvited DVD they released last year, so I'm hoping this will get the treatment it deserves.

not bothered about seeing 'stagefright' again, but would love a decent chance to see 'the sect' as i've not watched it in 15+ years - wondering if any other subbed discs of 'arrivederci amore ciao' exist as the thai disc seemed to go out of print?

i love stagefright but truly hate that limited-expensive approach.

i'll avoid it because of that. there will be blue underground version.

Expensive? It is only £15.00 on Amazon? Obviously the interest is limited for this title here in the UK, also they are a very small company and this is their first Blu-ray release.

Yeah you are right!! it is ok for you in UK, from mine perspective it is expensive.

i work for 140 pounds per month so the price is big for me. Mostly i wait for price to drop but limited editions goes sold before price drops. arrghhh soavi. i know my self i would sacrife money in the end

Is this one of those rare titles which should be shown in 1.33:1? I have the old AB dvd which was 1.78:1 or 1.85:1 and I remember seeing some comments that the "head room" was too tight on it.

I think it's pretty much sure that the UK BD will be 16:9 full frame i.e. 1.78:1. Just a guess.

^Or may be 1.66:1? Some Euro-films have been screened in that ratio and may have been composed with it in mind.
