Brees could have gotten a lot more money by becoming a free agent after the season. The Saints couldn't have franchised him because his franchise tender would have been over $43 million, and there would have been plenty of teams that would have had a lot of interest in him for a two or three year deal.

Also, Carson Palmer talks mighty for a guy that has never sniffed a Super Bowl. He was embarrassed in the last NFC Championship, so he ought to worry about himself.

I do, it's based on confidence points. Out of 50+ participants, my lady won second place last year as a rookie.
