If nothing else New England is consistent in Super Bowls with Brady. They're won by 3, 3, 3, 4 and lost by 3 and 4 points. Never been a blowout win or lose.

Taylor Gabriel, Mohammed Sanu, Julio Jones, Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman are a better bunch than most teams have. Dallas would be in that conversation, not sure New England would. Angry Brady is impossible to stop though, probably why the Patriots are favored.

That's because the patriots aren't in the conversation for anything 3 starting qbs and a 14-2 record how is that not coach of the year. Trade 2 top defense players. Pick up Chris hogan and Mitchell and go 14-2 and no GM of the year. 1 pro bowl player on offense yet the team is the 3rd best offense in the NFL and was number 1 in rushing TDs. Plus the entire team throws 2 ints in the season no team in the history of NFL has thrown less than 5.

I think we tied that with 5 but yeah. Garrett shouldn't have won coach of the year, if he doesn't get Zeke and Dak, we probably go 8-8 at best, even after Romo comes back.

That's kinda mean but pretty much every person watching the Super Bowl is hoping for a good game. 8 of the 10 play-off games so far have been blow-outs and that can't be good for ratings.

I'd take the Patriots (even though I'm hoping Atlanta wins) and the under. I'll make an early guess of Pats 28 Falcons 24. Though this is a tough call. Patriots with Brady are a lousy 2-4 against the spread in Super Bowls.

If he's missing games as a result of his drug problems it does affect consideration. Makes him a guy you can't rely on.

My initial guess would be a push on O/U, with a Falcons win

Not the most original sentiment, but what a boring ass playoff season.

Not sure what to make of Atlanta. They won at home against two injury-riddled teams.

Not sure what to make of the Patriots. They beat Brock Osweiler and then faced a Steelers team which was unable to ring the Bell.

I'll go with my original prediction. The Conference Champion that wins in a huge rout (scoring 40+ points or more, usually) always seems to lose in the Super Bowl. It's like asking a golfer to go out and duplicate their near-flawless round from the previous weekend. Near-impossible.
