Might I recommend trying to find a 2016 model Vizio P50. In fact, electronics folks have said that the 2017 model is the EXACT same as the 2016 model (which is unheard of these days), but that the 2017 model actually loses the cool Android tablet remote in favor of a stick remote.

Once you get a 4K TV, try to incentivize with DTV...they are REALLY pushing 4K and I got wind of some nice specials/bundles they will be offering so definitely leverage that.

I don't know if I just got a bad rep or what but they didn't offer me much when I cancelled DirecTV. I moved in July and was out of contract and wanted to keep DTV but all they offered me was 3 free months of the premium channels and a $50 credit for 3 months. The rep told me that was the best she could do and that she couldn't offer me any deal or discount on Sunday Ticket. I ended up going to Dish and am fairly happy with it and am paying roughly $75 less per month than I was with DTV (and have a 24-month price lock), but if DTV had given me an offer that was even close to Dish I would have stayed with them. I miss Sunday Ticket but it's not worth roughly $900 per year plus the cost of Sunday Ticket.

I hear ya and sorry to hear about that. If you're considering DTV in the future, try putting the account in someone else's name and I bet you get a different response.

I bought my first 4K TV last year. I forget the exact model, but it's an LG 55". Love it! I don't have a 4K blu ray player yet but it's fantastic otherwise.

I have been eyeing that set to use as a computer monitor for a few weeks now, getting kind of confused because some say the 55" ips screen is better for gaming but lacks the picture of the 50,65 and 75 models.

Also Sony has brought out new 17 models that have full array back lighting just like these vizios, and have so far been called the best set of 17 so far. I know best buy had 49" models for the same price of the 55" vizio p series.

Yeah, you'll definitely have to determine what type of screen works for you (IPS vs. VA). I'm using mine strictly for my PS4 and my Oppo 4K UHD player so I went with the P50.

Well that is what he is known for, but only failed one or maybe two of his tests (prior to his rookie season) was due to weed being present, though low enough to where he could have just received from being present to someone else smoking it. Most of his tests failed were due to alcohol, cough syrup or some other banned substance, though he claimed it was medicinal purpose, in his system. Last fall he checked himself into rehab for alcohol abuse, not drug related.

I'm not sure. Probably weed, among other things.
This guy probably needs to forget about the glamorous life of an NFL player and seek the help he clearly needs.

Damn, that sucks for him. He has to make a personal choice to prosper.
All the rehab in the world won't help unless you make an honest commitment to change.
Been there, done that.

Oh, and it's actually impossible to fail a drug test for weed because you've been around people smoking it.
Been there, tried that excuse, too! (Sadly, but I managed to quit and prosper)

Well, I don't know if it's impossible, but Gordon the failed that drug test in March 2016 was due to one of the samples being diluted, since the presence of a diluted sample is automatically gives a failed test. The actual presences of weed was less then 35 nanograms per milliliter in both Sample A and B samples, which is lower than the policy requirement to mark a test positive. He also tested positive for marijuana in 2014 where one sample was over the required amount, but the second sample was below. It was this one where he claimed marijuana was from secondhand smoke.

Also, a liitle correction to my first post on when he failed for presence of weed. His first failed drug test was in 2013 when he tested positive for codeine (suspended for 2 instead of 4 games). Josh claimed it came from taking cough syrup that had contained codeine to help him recover from strep throat in February. He was suspended for 10 games for a failed drug test for weed in 2014. He was also had a DUI and speeding ticket that may have factored into his year long suspension before it was reduced to 10 games in 2014. Then was suspended for one year in January 2015 for failing a drug test due to the presence of alcohol. Then in March 2016, as noted earlier, a failed drug test for marijuana. He then checked himself into rehab for alcohol abuse a week prior to his reinstatement September 2016.
