As a Jets fan, I almost couldn't believe what I was watching last night. Great way for Darnold to start his career. That being said...my expectations for this season have not changed. I don't expect the Jets to make the playoffs. Darnold is going to have bad games this season too. All I want is for him to stay healthy and get a year of experience under his belt. With the right moves in the offseason given the amount of money the Jets have to spend, next year is when I look at this team as being a potential threat.

See how and what they adjust.. basically everything. Not one thing was done right last night. I will also add that Marvin Jones had 3-4 deep balls thrown right to him that all would have been TD's. Few of them went right through his fingers.

Not sure why you are always taking shots at my team. Sometimes pain is also part of the process. There are going to be bumps along the way, but you stick with it. You have to trust the process.

I have been frustrated with O'Brien for years and he showed again why on Sunday. Then his stupid post game press conferences. He should have called a timeout after the questionable Gronk catch less than 2 minutes before halftime once he realized the Pats were going to try to run a quick play before it could get reviewed from upstairs. He said he didn't call timeout because he didn't want to give the Pats time to work on getting a play called. Idiot!!

Thanks for that... really had no idea. I've seen articles from reputable places that refer to them as "cousins" with no hint at the fact that they're not actually cousins, lol.

This has been true for Linehan and Garrett for YEARS, since I believe 2009. Part of the reason our offense has struggled so much is defenses can tell exactly what we're going to do based on the formations we're in.
